Im back in Germany, and I am curious to try something new. So time to tell you something about my thoughts and experience with my detoxing / cleanse. SInce 2 weeks I renounce of my regular meal / coffee and switched to 100% fruity drinks. I ordered a Mixer and a smoothie cup at amazon and bought tons of fresh organic fruits at the market. So I mix bananas, mangos, strawberries, mint leaves and many many more every day, and make fresh healthy smoothies. 3 drinks a day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner smoothies. Thats all. Im now in week 2, and im definetly feeling fresh, healthier and im still motivated. In the combination with some fitness workout, I can only recommend to try it out.
